His interest in Psychology came from his experience of collaborating with diverse leaders, clients, during his management consulting career. At Inspiring Evolution, he leads business development and design-delivery of learning and development solutions for our clients. His coaching style is focussed on identifying, building and grooming the core strengths of individuals, team and organizations.

Baldeep is a psychologist, and one of India’s leading Positive Psychology & Leadership Coach. A recognized authority on the psychology of leadership, team growth, and employee engagement, she has served as a psychologist and a coach to established clients and organizations across the globe. With more than a decade in research and designing learning and development programs for individual & organizations, her mission is to ensure that our training and coaching solutions create changes but in a happy engaging way!

Bharatesh is a Positive Psychology Coach with over 27 years of corporate experience. As an ex COO of the Landmark group, he created transformation by adopting a people-first approach. He is a leader who specializes in organizational development and executive coaching. He leads the Strategy Practice in UAE, as well the Leadership Development function, where he helped to design and implement intervention programs to foster the development of leadership behaviors in clients.
